We would like to inform you that, in order to comply with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU)
2024/2564 of 19 June 2024 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of the European Parliament and of the
Council as regards the harmonised classification and labelling of certain substances, changes have been
made to the labelling of the following products:

1. Formaldehyde, 4% (Cat. no. F4-1L, F4-5L, F4-10L, F4-20L)
2. Formaldehyde, 10% (Cat. no. F10-1L, F10-5L, F10-10L, F10-20L)
3. Formaldehyde, 37% for Histology (Cat. no. F37H-1L, F37H-2.5L, F37H-5L, F37H-10L, F37H-20L)F37H)
4. Neutral Buffered Formaldehyde, 4% (Cat. no. FNB4-1L, FNB4-5L, FNB4-10L, FNB4-20L)
5. Neutral Buffered Formaldehyde, 10% (Cat. no. FNB10-1L, FNB10-5L, FNB10-10L, FNB10-20L)
6. Neutral Buffered Formaldehyde Concentrate 5x (Cat. no. FK5X-1L, FK5X-5L, FK5X-10L)
7. OsteoFast 2 (Cat. no. OF2-OT-1L, OF2-OT-2.5L)

For all of the above products, the H (Hazard Statements) and P (Precautionary Statements) have been
updated in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, the hazard pictogram has
also been updated for Neutral Buffered Formaldehyde Concentrate 5× (FK5X).
These changes relate solely to the alignment of product labelling with the applicable legal requirements and
do not involve any changes to the composition or quality of the products. In addition to the changes in the
labeling, these changes can also be found in the product SDS and the Instructions for use.
During the transition period, products bearing both the previous and the updated labels will be available on
the market simultaneously. Therefore, you may receive products with different label versions during
deliveries. Both versions are fully compliant with the applicable regulatory requirements, and the differences
relate exclusively to the product labelling.

Izjava o promjeni u označavanju proizvoda

Poštovani,
obavještavamo Vas da je, radi usklađivanja s Delegiranom Uredbom komisije (EU) 2024/2564
оd 19. lipnja 2024. o izmjeni Uredbe (EZ) br. 1272/2008 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća u pogledu usklađenog
razvrstavanja i označivanja određenih tvari, došlo do izmjena u označavanju sljedećih proizvoda:

1. Formaldehid, 4% (kat. br. F4-1L, F4-5L, F4-10L, F4-20L)
2. Formaldehid, 10% (kat. br. F10-1L, F10-5L, F10-10L, F10-20L)
3. Formaldehid, 37% za histologiju (kat. br. F37H-1L, F37H-2,5L, F37H-5L, F37H-10L, F37H-20L)
4. Formaldehid, neutralno puferirani 4% (kat. br. FNB4-1L, FNB4-5L, FNB4-10L, FNB4-20L)
5. Formaldehid, neutralno puferirani 10% (kat. br. FNB10-1L, FNB10-5L, FNB10-10L, FNB10-20L)
6. Formaldehid, neutralno puferirani koncentrirani 5x (kat. br. FK5X-1L, FK5X-5L, FK5X-10L)
7. OsteoFast 2 (kat. br. OF2-OT-1L, OF2-OT-2,5L)

Za sve navedene proizvode ažurirane su H (oznake upozorenja) i P (oznake obavijesti) u skladu s važećim
zahtjevima. Kod proizvoda Formaldehid, neutralno puferirani koncentrirani 5x (FK5X) ažuriran je i piktogram
opasnosti.
Navedene izmjene odnose se isključivo na usklađivanje označavanja sa zakonskim zahtjevima te ne
podrazumijevaju promjenu sastava ili kvalitete proizvoda. Osim promjene u označavanju, navedene izmjene
vidljive su i u STL-u proizvoda te u Uputi za rad.
Tijekom prijelaznog razdoblja na tržištu će istovremeno biti dostupni proizvodi s dosadašnjim i s ažuriranim
oznakama. Stoga je moguće da ćete prilikom isporuke zaprimiti proizvode s različitim oznakama na
deklaraciji. Obje verzije proizvoda su ispravne i stavljene na tržište u skladu s važećim zakonskim zahtjevima,
a razlika se odnosi isključivo na označavanje proizvoda.
